South Bay Lights has been supporting us for the past couple years and they’ve done an excellent job! I highly recommend them. In the summer of 2020, Steve and his team came out and after assessing our needs, provided a timely estimate of costs for the install of new landscaping lights throughout my front-yard, driveway and courtyard. The install was done within a day and everything worked great! Over time, if I had questions or needed any assistance, Steve made the time to support us immediately. He's so easy to get a hold of and is extremely responsive. We’ve subscribed to their annual maintenance plan which is ideal knowing the system is well maintained. While the entire system works well, like anything outdoors exposed to the coastal elements and sprinklers, some of the seals do become weathered over time and some LED bulbs will need to be eventually changed. We did have one fixture become overly weathered and South Bay Lights immediately had it replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. Our front-yard looks amazing at night because of the lighting system. Oh and by the way, it’s all controlled through my Alexa smart home routines! So easy and convenient! It's great knowing our system is well maintained and it’s one less thing I have to worry about.
