South Harlow has been a dream to work with for our semi-custom home built and full home furnishing. We worked with them 100% remotely except for the initial walk through and installation. They listened to all of my requests and delivered high quality design and materials. They were flexible with my needs, and would work around our unique functionality requests for the spaces. After an initial consultation, I was sent an email by one of the designers that basically dismissed me. After further inquiring, I spoke to the owner directly who also consulted with me on “the scope of my project” and she never contacted me either by email or phone to let me know if they would work with me. In all my years of working with designers in various projects, I have never been treated like this. I ended up going with a high end designer who is in very high demand and she was so happy to take me on as a client.

We had the best experience with South Harlow, would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an interior designer. We were very hesitant to do a remodel but with this "dream team" every thing went so smooth and seamless we would do it all over again if we could. Our builder loved working with them as well, anytime they needed any questions answered they would be either at the house or on a call with no hesitation. There was not one detail in our house that wasn't thought of by the South Harlow team. Our house looks like it's out of a magazine, in fact it was been featured in a couple!! Thank you South Harlow for giving us our dream house.

South Harlow is incredible. We used them a few years back on a home remodel and had a perfect experience. They were responsive, followed our timeline, and stuck to our budget.

Avoid at all costs. The owner does not hold up to her commitments. Ask for references and go further down the list. We aren't the only client to be neglected and delayed by South Harlow. This is the worst of all worlds - high end, expensive, bad service.
