I can't express how great the customer service and products are. Dale and Max are the best people ever. Far better than John Lewis. We have bought 7 products from them and will still come back for more. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Good job. Highly recommend classy shop.

Went in today to pick a bright light for my craft room. Lots of choice and many beautiful lights on display there. Received a great recommendation from the salesman which I bought. Great price too, £30!
Home now, light is installed and it's perfect, very bright and just what I needed. Thanks very much

I cannot recommend Dale and the team enough.
From walking in the door nothing was too much trouble and at no point were we hurried or neglected.
They made recommendations based on our preferences and were thorough in their advice.
We have yet to fit the pendant lights we bought but we are going back for more lights for other rooms and external lights and cannot imagine using anyone else.

This was the first time I had used South West Lighting but I can definately say it won't be the last.

The company is nothing but helpful, will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and get what you want.

The team are very knowledgeable, which is extremely helpful when completing a whole house new build.

I would definately recommend and you will be very surprised on how competitive their prices are.

I phoned this company on the off chance they had a light I had been looking at online. They did not have it in stock but ordered it for me immediately, got it in faster than the online company could and more importantly the price was noticeably less than the online companies sell it for! A result for shopping locally - highly recommended*
