I have been doing Airbnb for 5 years now and finally decided to refresh the space so I could enjoy more revenue. Heidi, the owner of SoCal Design & Staging was referred to me and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! First, Heidi is fabulous! She is a consummate professional, communicative, and very enjoyable to work with. Her ability to visualize my already furnished space and implement a plan remotely using mood boards and a detailed product list was crucial to completing this project in the allotted timeframe and budget. She turned my drab basement vacation rental into a Modern Studio Oasis! She planned three days of execution, so upon her arrival in Portland, she hit the ground running. Heidi was able to find an amazing wallpaper installer on short notice with a 24-hour turn time, which saved me several hundred dollars. We could not have done our bathroom remodel without Heidi. I knew I would need help as I could not picture what I wanted but knew our bathrooms needed updating. Heidi is an amazing designer, with a keen eye for detail and for maintaining a consistent sense of style throughout a home. Heidi did a repair/remodel for our family after the passing of my wife's mother, who had lived with us, was blind and had made over several years, several areas of wear and tear in her areas of our guest room, living room and pathway between. Heidi's team came in and restored our home to 'new' condition. Then they went to work on refreshing the kitchen, updating lighting throughout the house and general brought our home to a 'better than before' place for us. Having Heidi there to manage communication and timing with the various contractors was invaluable to the organization of the different projects.
