Spazio LA is THE BEST!!! We just completed a whole house remodel of our 2,250 sf home, inside and out and the result is stunning! From the first day we met Essi and David to the last day of touch-ups, this incredible company went above and beyond absolutely all of our expectations! They always and quickly responded to every text, email and phone call. No request was too small or silly. No problem went unsolved and all issues were handled quickly and efficiently. We never felt rushed or pressured to make decisions or to spend more money.

Essi respected our desire to stay in our home during this amazing, insightful 8-month adventure. He made absolutely sure we and our two dogs were safe and comfortable. He respected our schedule, catered to our needs and explained every exciting step in this joyous process. He was patient and supported our choices while always staying on schedule.

Essi's design ideas are awesome! From a dramatic fireplace, media closet that controls 3 TVs, recessed lights (all on dimmers), an 11-foot kitchen island, new kitchen appliances, under cabinet lighting, floating vanities, Zen-inspired colors, spa-like bathrooms (including rainfall showers and a luxurious soaking tub), new furnace, Nest thermostat, new security system, Ring doorbell and floodlights, and so much more, Spazio LA does it all and does it perfectly! Our home is beautiful and has completely transformed the way we live and breathe! Our new home is clean, modern and clutter-free (including our newly organized garage with epoxy floor). We used all of Spazio's suggested subs who were absolutely wonderful. All work was done to Essi's exacting specifications and highest standards. You will never find a better general contractor than Spazio LA!

My husband and I bought our first home together last December and were so excited at the possibility of modernizing it. After a grueling interview process with 8 companies, we met with Essi from Spazio LA and are so happy we did! From the beginning, my husband and I were incredibly impressed with his ideas and attention to detail on ways to modernize our home. Our friends and family warned us what a daunting process remodeling can be and we had none of those feelings. Like many first time home buyers, we wanted a beautiful design that was within our budget and Spazio LA truly made our dreams and visions come to life! Essi treated our project as if it was him own home, incorporating his design background and incredible work ethic. He made sure our remodel never had any delays and actually finished a few days quicker than our contract stated. All of his referrals (locksmith, plumbing) were professional, courteous and well skilled at their craft.

I couldn't be happier with my new Mid-Century modern kitchen and all the absolutely impeccable work Carissa, David, and the Spazio crews did to make it all come together. Not only am I inspired every morning and night as I work in my kitchen, but it's been over a month, and everything still looks and feels brand new!

Finally the day had come when I realized I had enough of my current out-dated kitchen. My neighbor had just finished a gorgeous Mid-Century Modern remodel with Carissa from Spazio and I knew she was the one I needed to collaborate with during my own process. Still, I did get other bids from contractors to compare, which were almost a joke compared with the absolute class, professionalism, price and value I was getting from Spazio; I knew they were the one to take me into this remodel journey.

From day one, a schedule was created and into day 15 all the way through the end, it was followed. Carissa knew I had high-end taste and was able to really listen and understand my aesthetic wish list as well as my function needs for much more storage! She took me to the best showrooms and worked with Art, Spazio's highly-skilled custom cabinet maker to design the most gorgeous custom, rift cut walnut cabinetry and layout. She made sure every detail such as grain direction, stain color, finish was perfect for me. This attention to detail happened with all of her tradesmen so that everything was as perfect as possible. When anything came up (as it always does) during the construction process, Carissa, David and the rest of their crews were on it to make it right. I couldn't really have asked for anything more.

If you want a company who cares and does beautiful high-end work, I highly recommend Spazio! Thank you, Carissa for helping me take my dreams into reality!

Working with Essi and his team was a dream. My partner and I purchased a fixer upper. Our house had a ton of issues including foundation. Spazio insisted that we address our foundation issues first before we hire them for work. This alone tells me that they were competent in what they did and did not do things just for money. Having addressed our foundation, we got back to the real work. My main person of contact was Essi. He walked us step by step throughout the process. I wish I could tell you that renovating our house was a smooth process. Our home was built in the 1950s and had never been updated so, of course, there were tons of surprises for us. Essi did his best to make this process easier and for that, I am so appreciative.

We had the entire house interior renovated in TWO WHOLE MONTHS. Much less time than I anticipated. Essi is a very talented designer. I told him the style we were going for and he pointed us in the right direction. We purchased most of our finishes from Spazio Tile Gallery because they had some of the nicest looking tiles, countertops, wood floors, etc. Essi gave me updates almost daily throughout the entire process. He was onsite a few times a week to make sure things were going as planned. Whenever we had a concern, Essi and his entire team were there to answer our questions.

Spazio really cares for their quality of work and their clients. We still have the exterior of our house that needs to renovating as well, and I'm definitely bringing SpazioLA back. I can't fathom hiring another company. They are much too talented and caring to go unnoticed.

Exceptionally talented company. We recently moved to California and had previous experience with a kitchen renovation in another state and although that had been handled well, the Spazio renovation was easier on us because of their cooperative approach and their design concepts. We worked with Essi and his team, and their staff support was outstanding, and made a significant difference in the outcome.

Their attention to details, and the focus on making it come out right distinguished them from other companies. Their design ideas were excellent, and they worked with us to make sure it also met our needs. We ended up with a stunningly beautiful kitchen that is bright, happy and with great storage and work space. The staff worked hard and long hours which helped complete the project on schedule and within budget in a little over 5 weeks, and it was so helpful to minimize the inconvenience of living in a new house without a kitchen. They were consistently thoughtful in helping us avoid the stress of a major renovation.

The finished product is excellent. In a space that not everyone thought could accommodate an island, we have an island with storage and designed to allow movement on all sides. Our lovely little breakfast nook is a gem, and the incorporated extra storage space was an extra benefit.

Essi took us to the different companies for selection of the various products, tile, backsplash, counter, flooring etc., and his eye for these choices helped us make these several decisions. We decided on custom cabinetry and the project all fit together beautifully. Essi worked closely with their hand-picked electrician, plumbers, and various installers who were all very careful and obviously skilled. Essi was available by text, phone and e-mail 24/7 and every night verified the project plans for the next day. He made us feel our project was special, although we know he had many other larger renovations and projects. This was an outstanding experience because of the thoughtfulness, diligence and knowledge Essi and the company brought to our kitchen renovation.

We hired Spazio to help remodel our master bathroom. We have worked with various contractors in the past (with varying degrees of success), but we really wanted this bathroom to shine. We thought a design/build firm might be the way to go. But after a few meetings, we found very few companies can actually help with the design part and the build part. But Hela, our project manager, was amazing at both. She helped us create a stunning design and managed all of the work crews. The project cost was reasonable and they never tried to increase the bid, even as things changed. Hela was always upfront about costs and she helped give us advice on where to spend and where to save. We were treated like royalty when we went to pick out fixtures, and Hela got us great discounts. We will definitely work with Spazio again. Our new master bathroom is gorgeous!
