I am so extremely frustrated with this store. I’ve been going back and forth with the store to resolve an issue that they created. I really feel like they do not have a good grasp on their services because they gave me a lot of false information that customer support told me was wrong. They ended up disconnecting my services once they got tired of trying to fix my problem, I guess. I did not ask for it to be disconnected. And I was working with a sales associate AND a supervisor. I have tried to go above the supervisor but am not being helped. When I originally asked for a supervisor, they didn’t even want to come out to speak with me. I was floored! Customer support online and by phone has been extremely helpful! I suggest calling them and avoid going into this store at all costs. If I can give zero stars, I would.

If you’re not a new customer they can’t really help you. After spending 30 minutes in store, the last thing I remember is seeing 8 employees doing nothing and one employ said “call customer service, they might be able to help”

Worst customer service. Overall i like spectrum service but customer service is terrible. NISHA should be fired. Literally she scolded me. Also she wouldn't let me talk. If she doesn't like her job tell her to quit. Don't put that on the customers. Wish i would never talk to her again

Maria helped me out by changing my 7 mobile phone line to spectrum. Thank you Maria you really helped me out lot. Especially the fact with t-mobile I was paying over $400 bucks with all devices paid off. Now I’m only paying $180 bucks.

The staff at the store(Lorena and Maria) were extremely helpful and patient. We experienced trouble with another line when we tried to switch to spectrum and the staff stood up for us. Although it took more than an hour to be able to get the information needed to switch to spectrum, the staff made the process much easier and smoother then it would have been without their help.

I visited this store in 2/24/25 to return a cable box and verify changes to my tv service I had made with a phone representative. The clerk at this store stated there was no changes made , which was a lie . I told her I would just like to cancel my tv service at this frustrating point . She stated that I could not cancel my tv plan unless I had there 2 phone cell plan . Absolutely crazy . I reminded her that I'm not under any contract . And I needed to speak to a manager . She then verified my I. D and cancelled my T. V . .. she lost my tv service after lying to me , wouldn't get a manager . It was all a scam on her part . Very disappointed with this store . Not the first time they pulled something shady . Cancelling my Internet asap and going with frontier . Spectrum has no loyalty to their customers.

Customer service is okay but the wait is very long. Seems like the manager doesn't know what he's doing. He stands around and doesn't help customer, even when there's empty customers service counters. I'd rather drive further away to do my business then to go there!🤬👎
