We are thrilled to have worked with Spotlight in our kitchen renovation and a new master bathroom. Our designer, Ilmi, along with support and ideas from Alban, resulted in a beautiful and tasteful space. As others have mentioned, Ilmi's vision for our kitchen and bathroom designs surpassed our expectations. His remarkable talent, attentiveness, and patience were evident throughout our many meetings. He listened to our ideas. And when we encouraged him to challenge our views, he gave us amazingly tasteful suggestion that worked for us. He carefully reviewed numerous design iterations with us, making the process collaborative and not pressured. The colored perspective renderings provided were impressive and incredibly helpful in visualizing the final outcome. These renderings were spot on for our builder's eventual final implementation that came true.

Ilmi's site visit was so helpful, and we are grateful for his design ideas in other rooms too, from flooring to paint colors. Amazingly pleasant experience.

Alban and Ilmi's recommendations to work with our top notch builder, Salmon's Contracting, and also Discover for our countertops was so valuable. They were also willing to work with our own selected tile and flooring company.

For our kitchen and bathroom, we opted for Shiloh Cabinetry. Spotlight allowed us to take home samples to try them in different light and narrow down our choices from Ilmi's suggestions. The kitchen colors are bright and will last through timeless change. Our bathroom cabinetry was inspired by a photograph published in a magazine of one of Alban's own designs. It is a perfect color and style for us.

We worked with Spotlight back in June 2022 to redo an outdated kitchen with Alban and love the result. Whenever guests arrive, the first thing they say is "I love your cabinets".

In addition to a great design, we had a great response and turnaround when we had a cabinet damaged in shipping(no fault of Spotlight). Instead of just having Shiloh remake the cabinet that was damaged, Alban arranged for a local cabinet maker to pick up the cabinet and get it fixed within 48 hrs. You would never get this attention from a local box store.

Recently we needed a standard vanity for a cabin in Maine and when we priced vanities at the local box store, we found that for an additional 5% more you can get a much better quality and finish from Spotlight. Every time I see someone sitting down doing a kitchen design at the local box store, I really want to tell them that they are wasting their time & money and should go to Spotlight where you can get custom design, better cabinets and much better support throughout the complete process.

Every other designer we saw wanted to move a doorway, at great additional expense, but Alban found a way to work around the existing layout. The expertise of Morgan, Alban, and Ilmi extended to the selection of lighting and tiles, offering choices that were not only beautiful but also cost-effective. Their recommendation of Tani Contracting for cabinet installation and finishing work was invaluable. The precision and excellence in execution Tani Contracting brought to the project were remarkable.
