Earlier this year, I got a recommendation to use Monica from my broker. Monica provided the perfect blend of individualized service without having to meet in person . Monica not only helped us stage property but also guided us with the trends and styles to be considered based on property and location. It was very challenging this time around because of the property layout. Monica had beautiful design ideas and was prompt to act on any preferences I suggested. Would highly recommend this service.

Monica has staged multiple properties for us and each time she has been a pleasure to work with. Monica had amazing design ideas and was up to date on the current trends (color, textures, style etc), which she used on the different properties. She was able to bring a breathe of fresh air into each property and make it look unique paying close attention to detail.

Current times are truly testing the humanity and agility of everybody around us.. especially in the real estate business when things are so certain. Let me tell you.. Monica proves herself to be not only the best stager but also the best human. Bravo to get positive attitude and helping nature..

Well my story started when we decided to put our house in the market for sale without knowing COVID is going to hit us all this badly. We signed the contract with a full service listing agent expecting they will take care of things from here.. little we knew the hell broke lose on us. Big shot listing company and their big shot furniture warehouse is closed for SIP. I asked the agent to find somebody else who has their own furniture And the answer was no, with not an effort to find somebody (lucky me).. anyhow I started searching and we found people ready to stage but they just wanted money with no assurance on what type of furniture they are going to put in (crazy isn’t it).... after calling at least 15 stagers I spoke to Monica and she immediately put me at ease.. truthfully just hearing it from her that “don’t worry, I got you” melted half of my stress. She came to my house next morning completely covered with PPE so still don’t know what She looks like.. and like an angel looked at everything and shared her vision with me like an artist.. she not only understood my S***y situation But also offered me help given the environment. She did a fantastic job staging my property and delivered on her promise “I will make it look pretty”..

I am lucky to find her and grateful that she picked up the phone that night.. I highly recommend her to anybody who is in need of a professional who is passionate, kind and flexible !! Thank you Monica, the balance of the world is maintained because of the people like you.. keep spreading your goodness !
