This store has horrible customer service. The cashiers are rude. They never acknowledge you and the cashier and bag person are always in a conversation about their personal life if not speaking about other employees. There’s no hello, thank you or nothing to the customer. They don’t even know how to properly count the money back. I might as well go to Walmart and get cheaper food knowing Staters customer service is on the same level as Walmart.

I went on Saturday, September 14, to go last minute shopping. The young man,Jared, loading the water was very helpful. I am a disabled senior with back issues. Always a smile and very professional. With all the lifting he does, I hope you get him some help. When you ask for help, it is so nice that the employees are so friendly. Jared took the time to ask me if I needed help with anything else. Thank you Jared.

I mostly shop at this store, but I do shop at the one on Sanderson in Hemet and the one at the North end on San Jacinto. What I have seen for the last few years at "all" of these stores, is "all" of your checkers and baggers having more of a social culture than a work culture environment in the checkstand. I get a hello, sometimes, then your workers are fast into their conversations. I get to here about their resturants they have eaten at, their date they went on, their kids, and so on. Our social culture has changed in our communities, but the work culture should be as it was years ago. Your lunch and break time, and your free time is your's. Your work time is " customer first", check them out in a timely manner, and get on to the next customer. We pay for a service, not a soap opera or social hour. As you know, and the retail competition is tight. The proper business culture starts at the top; regional manager, district manager, store manager, front end manager, department manager. What is your missing link in your chain of command? I have been a customer at your stores in this valley for 22 years and do appreciate the layout of you stores; always clean. What I like most is, first of all their meat department, it's the only place I buy 90% of meat. I trust their products. Secondly they're always there when you need them; New Year's Eve, everybody was closed early, but they were open, ( no matter how long the checkout lines were lol) for what you needed. Walmart was closed, Staters was there to meet the needs of our community. I know the prices, some of the items are a little pricey, but what isn't pricey these days. Quality of several of the product is really good and we all know quality can cost a bit. Just saying. Been shopping 🛍 with this change of stores for over 20 hrs. So that should say something coming from this very picky woman. OK be blessed y'all.
