Sharing my 5-star experience with Step and Repeat LA! I ordered a custom pool float for an event and completely overlooked their business hours and the fact that they are closed on weekends. When heading to pick up the pool float the Friday evening before our Saturday event, the team let me know they were closed for the day. Despite this and their business closure on the weekends, Codi contacted me Saturday morning and had someone set my order out for me to pick up so that we had it for the event!

Upon arrival, I had a hard time fitting it in my vehicle, and Ruben happened to be there and was so kind in helping me fit the car into my vehicle.

The customer service I experienced from everyone I worked with from the order and design team, to Codi and Ruben, was top notch. In addition, the sign was PERFECT and the center piece of our event. I can't wait to use them for our next event and highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Step and Repeat LA for your event! I reached out to them for help with a school sports banquet that I was helping on and sent a photo of an exact look I was hoping to achieve. The customer service representative was very prompt and friendly and helped me with my rental order. When it came to picking up the items it was very easy and every staff member that assisted was very friendly, service oriented and helpful. The sports banquet itself went very well and the set up we were able to create with the red carpet look, because of the help of Step and Repeat LA, was very well received by all the students and parents. Having this set up took the sports banquet to a whole new level and made it very fun and aesthetic. We look forward to working with Step and Repeat again!

We've now placed two orders with Step and Repeat LA and had an amazing experience with both orders. We had a point of contact who was out of the office and someone else on the team quickly stepped in and fulfilled our order from start to finish in a very short period of time. We were in a bit of a time crunch and they worked quickly to get our order into production and to our door days later way before our deadline date and well in time for our event!

We will use them again and I would highly recommend to those thinking about placing an order with them!
