She was recommended by a contractor that works on high end homes and not only did she design gorgeous bathrooms for us, she helped me decide on a thousand other things like which wood flooring to choose, tile, countertops, hardward for the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, paint color...the list goes on and on! When my husband and I embarked on our much-anticipated remodel project, I initially believed I had a clear vision of what I wanted. However, I quickly realized how many decisions were still looming after the architect's plans were in place. This is where Stevie from Stevie Nichol Interiors truly came to our rescue. Most of all, Stevie has an open and friendly personality . She is particularly adept at helping couples with different styles come to a friendly agreement on a project design. She designed three bathrooms for us and we love the finished remodel sfor all of them. The primary bath is particularly beautiful. Our Journey with Stevie began in the Spring of 2021. I found a contractor to remodel our kitchen, hall bath and upstairs bedroom/bath loft. He was great but lacked the design vision we were looking for. I found Stevie in a Google search for interior designers in my area and reached out to her. She quickly responded and went right to work collaborating with my contractor on all design elements including flooring, paint, lighting, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, custom window coverings, pillows, furniture fabric, and furniture placement. Stevie thoughtfully helped and guided our design choices. Her gifted design touch went everywhere from fabrics, woodwork/finishes, greenery, lighting and decor and so much more. In the kitchen, she designed a new wine/coffee station, refinished the kitchen beam and center island and refurbished the kitchen nook with custom window coverings, cushions, pillows and table runner. Stevie was also instrumental in picking and laying out all the tile designs in both baths and kitchen and helped us choose a new bed and nightstands in the primary bedroom.

We were so pleased how everything turned out that we had to keep going! In phase two she helped us convert a guest bedroom and closet into a wine room, chose new closet doors for the office, chose paint colors for the entire main living areas, chose new carpet for the family, primary and wine room. Once again she made thoughtful choices that helped elevate and update our house.

The more we updated our house the more we wanted to keep going so onto phase three we went! Stevie designed the remodel of our office bath. She blinged up the wine room with beautiful wall paper, custom shelves and new lighting and replaced new wood blinds in our family room. To brighten and update our living room, she designed new custom pillows, reupholstered a chair and helped choose a new entry rug. She also had custom greenery designed for our entry, dining and living room. Lastly, she helped choose a new leather recliner for the wine room which will arrive in a few weeks.

It is now December, 2023. Are we done? I hope not. Stevie is kind, professional, punctual, attentive and knowledgeable. She has made our home beautiful and we have and will continue to recommend her to anyone in need of design services. Thank you Stevie!

Stevie completely redesigned our first home that just recently sold and at the present time Stevie is finishing up a major project for us. This current project has been a major undertaking as walls were knocked down and every room was demolished in a 3,700 square foot residence. Our GC and his subs have had nothing but praise for this designer as Stevie’s plans were accurate and extremely detailed. In fact, it was noted that rarely does a designer deliver plans with such precision coupled with her responsiveness to answer any questions that arose at any time. Stevie’s price point is fair and she understood our price point as well. The colors for both the interior and exterior are perfect, love the carpet and flooring as well as the lighting, fixtures, tile and quartz. I could literally live in the kitchen as it’s gorgeous! What I envisioned as my dream home, Stevie has successfully delivered!

When my husband and I decided to remodel our home living room, family room, kitchen, and master bedroom, we knew it would be a big project, and I knew I couldn't do it alone if I wanted to look just like my saved Pinterest images. Although a little intimidating at first, we decided to hire an interior designer, which turned out to be the best choice during this entire project!
Working with Stevie has been a pleasure! As a homeowner, I was nervous not only because of the significant expense but the results! I wanted great results. Well, Stevie made that possible! Stevie made sure to understand our vision and our style. She always considered our opinions and guided us to make the best choice based on budget, aesthetics, and function.
