Tried to cancel an order on Monday I made Saturday and they would not cancel. No return options.
Great service when you’re buying and as long as you have no issues I’m sure they are great.
The lady would not even look to see if she could help.

We just had such a great experience with Stroud’s. We had bought a zero gravity couch during the pandemic and it was necessary due to injuries from an accident. We had to buy a floor model because couches were 10 or 12 months out at the time due to supply chain issues. I lived on this couch as I recovered from multiple surgeries. And well.. one night I broke it. I went into Stroud’s expecting to really be taken advantage of. But I was wrong !! They stood by their warranty. Ordered the parts and fixed it without any high pressure sales tactics etc. it was covered and the service was great. Right now we are all set on furniture on our house but we were surprised at their prices and service. I will be working with new people moving to town and they will hear about this positive experience.

We saw they were having a Fourth of July sale and decided to stop in. I am SO GLAD WE DID! Our salesman, Mike, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was there when we had a question, but didn't follow us around like so many salespeople do. If you go in, please ask for Mike! He is really great at his job! Thank you guys for helping complete our home!
