Andrew came out quick when I Had an emergency leak on my irrigation system. I highly recommend him because the quality of work is second to none.

Initially, I was impressed with the quick response and the professional attitude. They came over to take care of a few things. I then asked for a quote for yard cleanup and set an appointment for the next week.

Initially the appointment was on Wednesday, but because I needed it done ASAP, I asked them if Tuesday was possible. The rep checked was the foreman and said Tuesday was good. Tuesday came around and it began to sprinkle. I received a message saying that they had to reschedule for the next day because of the rain. It barely sprinkled. Wednesday came along and I received a message that they needed to reschedule for Thursday because they needed to reschedule everyone from the day prior.

Thursday comes along and I ask for them to confirm for 9am .. they confirmed the time. Well nobody shows up ... They call me and say that I didn't confirm.. I sent a screenshot showing that I did. They say they need to reschedule for next week. I ask if Monday works and he said yes. I ask for a confirmation through text and no response.

Haven't heard anything back from them at all.. I sent a few follow-up messages, but they didn't respond back. Keep in mind I needed to take a few days off work for them. Be careful with this company. 😔
