Jose had done my backyard fence several years ago, and this time I need replacement on side fence for my rental property. I called Jose and he was quick getting back to me for an onsite estimate. The quote was reasonable and I ended up also having him to replace my old deck railing and re-staining entire deck. The jobs were done promptly within few days and all looks great. I have also received positive feedback from my neighbor. After I sent out payment, Jose came for a follow up and installed few anchor bolts to reinforce some of the deck posts. Jose and his crew had shown great responsibility and reliability, and I would contact them for future projects.

I have owned my home for nearly 25 years and have used many service providers for various things over that time. I rarely do a public review unless I'm super happy/impressed with the work. Jose (and his team) redid our front and back yard landscaping. It was a big project which involved laying tiles in the driveway, removing all plants, putting new soil in, brining in new trees and plants, filling in with hardscape, putting up vegetable planters, putting in brand new irrigation lines and laying down DG for walkways.

There were 3 occasions where they went above and beyond with specific requests we had.

First, we wanted to construct an arbor for the climbing roses, which Jose worked with us on to adjust the design for to balance the what we wanted with the budget we had. We also built a metal arch for the pink jasmine framing the walkway in the backyard, which he worked with us on the design and did a fantastic job putting together.

Second, we wanted to light up the front yard and the focal point under the arbor, but we wanted something brighter than solar lights. Jose and team diligently worked on putting it together. To this day, most of our neighbors doing their evening walk admire the work and have commented on how awesome it looks.

Finally, I bought a pergola from Costco and asked Jose to bolt it in the backyard and make arrangements for lighting it with string lights. They did this artfully by burying conduit so we can run electricity without wires showing.

I cannot recommend Jose, and Summer Sun Landscape more highly.

Juan and his crew had renovated my backyard, We were very pleased with that, that we had him do part of my front yard with pavers and now we are having comeback to complete our landscaping for the front, they do it all, build fences, cement, decomposed granite etc..

Jose worked on our backyard and completely revamped it. We has been very realiable and responsive throughout the entire process. He makes sure the project is completed on time. We had a few things once the project was started and he has been very helpful in taking on the additional work. We had a bush that needed to be removed and we worked with him again after two years and he did a very job. Our back yard now looks beautiful all thanks to Jose!!

We cannot recommend Summer Sun Landscape enough, they did a beautiful job installing our pavers, the crew was on time had all the proper tools and equipment. When they were done they hauled away any trash and cleaned up the site. They even offered to stack the unused pavers in the side yard. Great work at a very fair price! Highly recommended. Do not trust just anyone with pavers, these guys made sure the grading was done correctly and even added a drain pipe to bring gutter water to the sidewalk instead of draining next to the house or on the pavers. 100% satisfied with their work!

Jose and his crew did a great job with our backyard where we wanted to install an new lawn and some hardscapes. Their prices were competitive and they got the job done on time.
