Tommy and his crew are top-notch! I needed some big improvements done to my yard in Coronado. Tommy’s and his crew designed a whole new area for me, complete with hedges, sprinkler system, lighting scheme and sealed tiles. It turned out beautifully and was well-priced. Tommy and his team were amazing. Tommy was able to answer all of our questions and was upfront about pricing and the progress of our project. Our backyard project included new concrete, drainage , a retaining wall, and turf. Roughly took 4 weeks to complete. We were extremely impressed with his crew and quality of the work. Tommy and Sun Diego Landscape & Design were very quick to come look at our fencing project and provide an estimate. He was also very helpful in some of the design decisions that other fence contractors were unwilling to discuss or include as part of the build. They were able to customize all the details we wanted.

The workmanship was great quality and his crew does fast work but with high level of attention to detail. They are also a very polite and clean crew, which is not always the case. They made sure to tidy up at the end of each day and were very polite and friendly.

Lastly, when there was hiccups along the way, which is inevitable on any project. Tommy and his guys were able to trouble shoot and come up with a final result that looks amazing.

I would recommend Tommy and Sun Diego Landscape & Design to anyone that has outdoor projects! Top notch quality along with top notch service are hard to find these days!

After another concrete contractor started a sub-par job, I decided to move in another direction and hired Sun Diego Lanscape & Design to install pavers. I wish I had started with them. They were very understanding of my particular requests and expectations. Some things to note: Tommy (the owner) is knowledgeable and communicates very well, always accessible. His father and son work with him, as does a nice crew of personalities. Great care was taken to be detailed and not rushed, just how I like it. Sun Diego has a family business feel with quality craftsmanship. I'm sure I'll use them again in the future. The yard has more work to be done after these pavers, but what a great start. Thanks guys.

I cannot say enough about Tommy and his crew at Sun Diego Landscape & Design. My wife and I requested a quote for a small job through Yelp, and we had a soft quote the same day, and an appointment the following day to firm up the quote, which was within our budget. Tommy never made us feel like we weren't important, and the job was done quickly and professionally. Most importantly, though, are the results were beyond our expectations.

P.S: The umbrella mount is set into the new concrete slab. Brand is Simply Shade.
