They did a horrible job with the bed board. I now have to redo it at another place. The squares ended up of a different size and not even on the bed's headboard, because they did not make stitch lines straight. Also poor communication.

Just picked up my Prius. Ron did a great job of not only making a new seat, but also tightened up the passenger seat as well. Great service at a great price and car was ready as promised. This is a family business, and I just love seeing the interaction between Ron and his mom Ana. With all the negativity out there in the world, this positive experience gives me faith; there still are people who have integrity and humanity.

Dearest Janet Chen. I never respond to reviews and im sure this is not the "proper" way to do so but since your review is so misleading i feel the need.

First off it was 3 seats. Two large bucket seats and the large back bench seat that were redone inside, new foam and springs and completely reupholstered in OEM English Jaguar Leather.
Expensive materials and complicated seats.

Customer service:
You were contemplating a new convertible top because yours was so dirty with oil sap and bird droppings that it looked very bad. We cleaned it for over 3 hours even with a toothbrush to get out all the stains. It looked brand new saving you over $2500.
The cleaning was free of charge.
And yes we charged you tax. Its the law. So Janet Chen, your facts are incorrect and misleading.

At 85 my mother Ana is forgetful anda bit confused wr rines but i can assure you she is not dishonest. If you feel strongley about your impression please call me and we can talk it through to a positive agreeable resolution.

Called to ask if they sold vinly apolsty by the roll or if they could help me locate a special color through their resources. The lady who answered the phone had terrible communication skills. First she was quick to tell yeah yeah just come in we have all the colors then when i asked if they had 7 yards she told me no thats too much . Literally gave me no help once she realized i was just lookimg to buy vinly. Horrible place and definitely not worth the communication barrier.

Left a pair of boat bucket seats the begining of January and was told it would take 8weeks due to their workload...in the middle of March i stopped by to find out they hadn't even been started...A little upset, however I told them I needed them by the 1st weekend of May and was told not a problem....I called the 2nd week in April and was told they were started so I figured great...Today I go in to see where they were at and there they are sitting on the floor not even started with a bunch of garbage all over them....I was told they lost the notes of the pattern we discussed and they were going to call me....Kinda funny cuz my phone number was on the same sheet of paper...Needless to say, i left with my seat shells and will never be back again...
