Supreme Leather Care destroyed my leather/suede jacket by throwing it in the washing machine. Annabelle's in San Francisco sent it to Supreme to dry clean it. The jacket is beyond repair and Supreme did not offer to compensate me for the loss of a jacket that can't be repaired. I spoke to Leather/suede specialist and showed them these photos, and they have never seen anything like this. This was the work of incompetence. The repair this jacket it would cost over $2000 and it would not be same as what it was. I demand that Supreme Leather pay for the damage. Totally unacceptable. Supreme Leather, please contact Annabelle's in San Francisco to pay for the damage.

Our cat peed on my husband's sheepskin rug and I wasn't sure it could ever be cleaned. This company cleaned it, offered me delivery to my home, and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this company for your rug cleaning needs. The cat pee smell is gone and we are now enjoying our beautiful rug. Thank you!!

Definitely won't go back. The guy is very rude and disrespectful. I was asking nicely if he cleaned the material my coat was because it has one stain on it, and he kept saying" i dont want to touch it . Oh a drink you got a drink on and you didnt cleaned it, what dont you do laundry at home" and alot more things"" I said ok thats fine, and he continues to talk rudely." i just said it is just a simple answer yes or no, you won't clean it. there's no need for all the rude things he says.

The guy wasn’t attentive to us, he didn’t care and ask anything about the job that needs to be done. While we were there, he was disrespectfully talking to his employee and made us uncomfortable. When we picked up the jacket the main area that needed to be cleaned still looked very dirty, the only difference was that the jacket smelled like a cleaning product and the suede looked brushed.

Supreme Leather Cleaner did a fantastic job professionally cleaning my Banana Republic leather and suede jackets. The owner is amazing and kind. He responds promptly and ensures that the items you bring are well cared for. You can tell he is very hardworking and provides excellent customer service. The prices for the two jackets were the most affordable I could find in town. My two jackets felt extremely clean and soft, and it looks brand new. This review is really needed because the owner of this business is really rude and unprofessional. My husband and myself brought his leather jacket to get repair, that's all. We came back two weeks later to find out he didn't do the work we ask him to do but cleaned it. He said ok, for additional $30 . We explained to him that we paid for the jacket to get repaired not clean which looks the same way when we drop it off. So, we came back two weeks later and was very distraught because the jacket was worse then when we drop it off. We ask him can we speak with him but he said he was to busy to talk to us. Completely ignoring us, he yells at his employee a real polite young lady to take notes of our concerns who had no idea of what was going on behind our jacket. We told her no, we rather speak with the owner because he knows what's going on with our jacket. So, in an aggressive manner he comes over, half way explained what work he did to repair our jacket and walked away. And, stated don't come back. You think we're going to come back after how you treated us. I rather spend a pretty penny and travel the distance with a business
that gives good workmanship and customer service. Thanks for nothing.

I brought in my ankle long leather and fur coat to be cleaned after 6 years of camping, Burning Man and so much more. Needless to say, my coat was filthy. I didn’t know what to expect from a professional leather cleaner, but since the tag on my coat said that’s what it needed to be properly cleaned I brought it to Supreme Leather. Wow, to say I’m impressed with the results would be an extreme understatement. My coat looks better than it did when I bought it and smells oh so fresh! They even had it packed and ready in a zip up bag to preserve its new clean and I am just so happy. This is my all time favorite coat and boy did they treat it as so!
I was also happy with the price they gave me to clean it. It’s a BIG coat and I was expecting to pay over $100 and it was under! And with the quality of clean on top of it, I can’t recommend this place enough to get your leather taken care of here! Thanks Supreme Leather! I’ll be bringing all my leather here in the future!
