The whole experience at Tandem was amazing start to finish! They were warm and inviting, but gave us space to check out what they had (unlike some other furniture places where they follow you around) and answered questions when we had them. We weren’t 100% sure about getting a new couch in the moment but as soon as we got in the car, we decided that we wanted to purchase it to support locally given the great experience we had. Highly recommend going in and checking them out.. even if you aren’t in the market for some new furniture, you may end up upgrading by the time you leave! Thank you to Dan and the team!

The BEST experience! I am so impressed with the quality, variety, options (including very affordable options), that Tandem has to offer. Every member of the staff have been knowledgeable , I feel like I really received the highest quality of furniture, affordability, as well as, exceptional customer service. I had a recliner I liked, but it was more than 30 years old and the fabric started breaking down. My parents and I had been looking all over town for a replacement. In the meantime I had some health problems and needed a lift chair as well as a recliner. Most places in the area wanted over $2,000. We decided to look at Tandem and with the President's Day Sale the chair I liked was $1,700. It had all the features I wanted and some extras that made it even better. Daniel was great answering all my questions, even offered me a Coke while I decided. We paid for the chair and it was delivered just a few hours later. They took my old chair and brought in the new one. I'm very happy eith my experience.
