I have been very happy with the work Nita has done on 2 projects. She did my condo downtown and 3 rooms of our home.

Some highlights:

* She came up with creative ways to accomplish goals I gave (e.g. seating a lot of people: she incorporated a bench and ottomans to allow flexibility while keeping an open feeling).
* Very mindful of usability in addition to aesthetic
* Diversity in her designs: for our media room, I gave her "roy lichtenstein" as a theme. This room is great and still goes with the rest of the home which is a more modern design.
* Accountability: she provided a breakdown of all the expenses before investing and after working with her she provided a book of all the receipts.
* She works with other contractors (wood workers, electricians, handymen, etc) as a middle person. I really appreciated this because she could be stern with them and I didn't need to be involved.
* She's very iterative, takes feedback and incorporates it into designs.
* Responsive and helpful if I have questions about other parts of the home that we didn't plan to design for.
