Excellent customer service at this flagship store! Predetta was super attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the wide selection of mattresses. She understood the significance of this kind of investment and wasn’t pushy at all. She took the time to listen to what I wanted while I tested out each of the options. Not once did I feel rushed into making a decision. The Labor Day sale going on was also a big plus. I can’t wait for my new mattress!

Predetta assisted us and it was such a breeze! We had a fantastic time trying out mattresses until we found the perfect one for us. We never felt rushed or anything like that. Definitely worth it! We’re glad we stopped by on this store instead of buying online

Happened to drop by City Center and didn’t realize that Tempur-Pedic had a really convenient demo store here for all of their pillows and mattresses! We are huge fans of the brand but never really had the chance to see and try in person many of their products. Suggest asking for Brad, he was extremely patient and thoughtful for us in terms of answering our questions! Highly recommend esp for fans of the brand, but also for those curious about their products and haven’t tried them before.
