great furnitures except that one chair came damaged with wear and tear. Terra is taking responsibility to replace. Fingers crossed.

Very happy with the sales people who helped me, Amanda and Adam. Both were helpful without being pushy. They helped make my decision easily. Awesome experience from shopping to delivery:-) The sales staff was amazing and very patient. Janelle gave us lots of good ideas and suggestions and was most accommodating on multiple visits. The delivery process was very smooth and efficient. The white glove delivery folks were very pleasant and took care of everything to my satisfaction.

This store and our interactions with Rick and Carlos were really top notch. We were shopping for a new fire table and learned a lot about the selections that Terra had available when we visited. These guys were very helpful in describing the differences in options and helping us make the purchase. The part that really shines is that when our delivery was missing a part (the lava rocks didn't get shipped with the table), Rick and Carlos responded immediately by personally driving it over to our house. I mean this is just an unexpected level of service that really defines relationship building with a store and brand. Thank you, team.
