Less than 1 star would be approiate! The absolute worst customer service! The lying and disrespect of this company from the top down makes the product even worse. As a landscape contractor, I am apalled by the way they do business! Long story shorter, I purchased over $1000 in product that they had to send out late in makeshift containers and straight out of the box it was hard and unusable! I called, emailed the representitive Bob Carlson and he beat around the bush about replacement, 18 emails and 6 calls, I finally found a way to talk with the top guy Tony D'Amico and they said the replacement was awaiting a tracking number. He then blocked my number, 10 days later I finally got through and this guy Bob Carlson picked up, pretended he didnt know of the situation and said he would go check on my order and then hung up! I called back no one wanted to talk. I'm going to the BBB and everyone I can based on principle the unreputable way customers are being treated. Don't buy their products or you will be greatly dissapointed! In response to the supposed owners response, I will gladly share the email chain and video I sent to his boy Bob because he may not know what is going on within his company. If the real owner wants to talk this out get the number from Bob and call!

I cannot thank Mr Damico enough for his reliabilty and professionalism. He came out and met me and had the perfect blend of friendly and professional. He was very focused amd explained the product in simple detail and answered all my questions, thoroughly and honestly. I have since, referred him to 3 other prospective buyers and they were all very pleased, as well.

My experience with Terrakoat has always been extremely positive. The company owner Tony Damico was extremely helpful in answering any questions about the product and its use. I have worked with large quantities of Terrakoat mixed with Decomposed Granite of multiple colors and it always turns out rock hard and good looking. After it hardens, you're more likely to dent your tools than you are to dent the surface. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

Great product if you can wait forever for it to arrive. Have ordered and used their product a couple times. Best stuff on the market. Considering the business is 50 miles from my house and it takes 2+ weeks before it even gets to ups is shocking

Best DG stabilizer I ever used. Sometimes hard to reach Tony at TerraKoat but this product works exactly as Tony said it would. I highly recommend it. Mine was a small job but the results were a full 5 stars.
