I have been a customer at Texas Furniture. I Wanted to express my gratitude how Santiago treats me as a customer in the store. He is very welcoming and friendly. My first experience with them was great but not even 2 years after paying extra for upgraded mattresses and box springs. One of the box springs,3 of the wooden slats have broken and I have tried calling 3 different days and given different answers on when the manager will be in then was told he'd be there 12-5 today. So I go in before 5 to be told first the guy at the desk was the manager but then oh no the actual manager will be in tomorrow and he's always off today! Horrible customer service when the beds were $1400 and are still under warranty...was thinking about buying a new bed set for myself from here but now I will take my business elsewhere.
