Our family purchased 32k of kitchen cabinets from this store. Our consultant there, Joe, was happy to take the order after coming to our house to measure. We regularly personally requested the samples for our floor and never got them. We asked if they would mail us them. They said no, and to just keep coming back as they are sometimes in stock. We returned 7 times to obtain the samples over a 5 month period and was never provided them. We were just notified our cabinets arrived in the warehouse and this company wants to deliver them. Unfortunately, we have been incredibly delayed by never getting any samples to use for coordinating colors and choosing our floor. We asked the company to hold our cabinets for 3 weeks so we could install a floor after finally getting the samples just days ago. Joe's only response to date is that he "had no problems with me regarding the samples" and he now seeks to impose extremely high storage fees until my floor is installed. This is really sad. This company fails to do basic things and is unwilling to help out when they make blatantly incompetent mistakes. Avoid this company if you want a competent experience and to avoid litigation.

We went through an entire homes remodel....yep...gutted it....
After dealing with several cabinet shops, we ended up with "The Cabinet Center".
Brad (the owner) personally came out to our house and measured.
His attention to detail, and the experience he has removed just about any chance of mistakes.
He also does the design work, and can provide the perspective drawings so you get a good idea of the layout. He is very skilled at designing.
The installers actually rejected some material and had it re-ordered, because they knew from past experience it would not pass Brads approval.
All in all...we're extremely happy with the cabinets.
We did not by any means pick the least expensive, and perhaps if you spent a lot of time you might find something comparable, we dealt with 3 shops prior, and all 3 were not at the par of "The cabinet Shop"....not even close.
We spent a fair amount, and we received what we thought we would.
We would highly recommend "The Cabinet Center", and be happy to show the quality of the work to anyone interested.

After several false starts with other custom cabinet companies, our realtor recommended we see Brad McCarthy at The Cabinet Center in San Ramon. Brad came to our home to discuss our needs and goals, took measurements, and had a plan a few days later. Our townhouse kitchen is very small, and the existing layout wouldn’t allow two people to function in the space at the same time. We had to maintain the same footprint, but Brad designed a plan to maximize the space while increasing our storage and giving us a workable area we both can enjoy. All the quality materials arrived on time and installation went according to plan. Our Dura Supreme cabinets look amazing and the Caesar Stone rugged concrete countertop is durable and easily maintained. Brad and his team are true professionals and offered innovative solutions for our small space challenge. We’d highly recommend The Cabinet Center’s team to others.

Brad and his team at The Cabinet Center provided us with unparalled, amazing service in our quest to find the perfect kitchen cabinets for our new space. Brad was great to work with in that he not only provided us with great options for cabinets with all the bells and whistles we desired but also gave us great input on our design and other creative elements including lighting, countertops and color. By far the best experience we have had so far in our remodeling adventure. The attention to detail, the follow up and the incredible communication throughout the process has been incredible. We worked with Cecilia who really took the time with us. Buying cabinets could not be more complex, considering all the types of materials (wood, make, hardware, countertop) and then figuring out who will install it all but she was really patient and worked through the plans to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely work with Cecilia again, competitive prices and helpful throughout the whole process. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

My wife and I were remodeling our bathroom and need a vanity. So we went to the The Cabinet Center on a recommendation. Joe was very helpful on designing our cabinet. It took 6 weeks for delivery because they are made in Minnesota. Well.... when it arrived it had dents all over the cabinet.... so we had to wait another 6 weeks. And when the 2nd cabinet arrived Joe personally delivered it to our house. It too had dents on the cabinet. They ended up having a carpenter come out to do "warranty" work to take the best parts of the 2 vanities and assemble one good vanity. In the end we ended up with a nice looking vanity but it took 12 weeks but we didn't even get a discount for the super long delay..... or a "Sorry about that", after the second bad vanity.
For our other bathroom remodel we had the vanity made local.
