Our room was so cute, clean, and very comfortable. We loved the electric fireplace that was both in the bedroom and bathroom! |The common areas were great too - outside fire pits, board games inside, table shuffleboard, and lots of tables and spaces to hang out. It was easy to get to, parking was right in front, and town was just down the street. Would definitely recommend The Creekstone and we will definitely be back!

So I’m going to give them a 5 out of 5, but let me explain. My wife went to Idylwild to escape and enjoy nature. Before checking my wife and I went on a long hike and we were exhausted. We were given the room and coffee to get in prior to checkin. We got to the room and it was not yet cleaned, I was beside myself. I called the number that I was texted the information and Angel answered right away. I told him that our room wasn’t yet cleaned and he apologized profusely and said he’d be there in 2 minutes. He was there in 2 minutes and said he would personally clean the room and it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was an honest mix up and they didn’t have the room on the list for that day. I don’t believe it happens often or ever before. Angel cleaned our room and brought us a 6 pack of beer because we were exhausted, hot, and just wanted a beer. I think he gave it to us from his own stash! We finally got into our room, nice and clean, the room and the hotel were very charming! We’re thinking of hosting our Grandmothers 100 Birthday there! Great place, great service, friendly staff! Definitely coming back!

This is a lovely place to stay. It's entirely new and stylish. Our room was large as was the bathroom and walk in shower. Great king size bed. Parking in front, kombucha on taps and snacks available. It operates like an Airbnb in that you check yourself in, but you can reach staff by phone if needed.

What a fantastic place at a great value. I needed to get out of the city and planned a last minute trip to Idyllwild. Lucky the Creekstone had a room available. So comfortable and clean the perfect place to act as a home base for my weekend trip. This hotel is centrally located and well maintained I will definitely be staying here again.

First time staying here... very happy with the room. 2 of our 3 nights ( mid-week, mid-Nov) we were the only guests, had run of the house, a little spooky at first. Non-contact check in, we saw one employee in the parking lot when we arrived, and saw her again when we left. Two minor complaints: no hand soap at sink, used the shower gel, and the 1st night we ran out of TP, so we borrowed roll from lobby RR. We noticed both of these things around 9 PM, weren't sure where to call for non-emergent housekeeping issues at night.
Instructions for the TV would have been helpful, for some unclear reason we couldn't watch streaming channels (but good Wifi so we watched Netflix shows on laptop); had to call the next day to have someone come and switch over to cable channels..he came fairly quickly while we were out.
Overall we were happy with our stay here, had a good off-season rate.

My reservation was cancelled due to a fire. Only a refund for the room was issued with a basic apology, no additional effort to rectify the inconvenience this creates for my trip was offered. I reached out to the management but the response was gravely lacking.

This place is great and affordable. The rooms are so cozy and coll. The stone wall in the shower is unique. I love the fire places too. The surrounding town is beautiful and welcoming. I'll be back.

Late morning on a Saturday morning, my husband and I decided to go escape the heat for a night and booked a room at the Creekside Inn. Within moments, they contacted me and provided me with the access code. Beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable room. When we couldn’t find the WiFi code, I texted and got an immediate response. They then checked in to make sure we were able to get on. Definitely will stay again!
