So glad they’re still in business. Some very unique and classy pieces, regularly change their inventory, reasonable prices. They’re similar to Furniture Brat, but Furniture Brat has a much nicer showroom, better design layout and ideas and more friendly staff. Crowded House is somehow related to Potato Barn (PB even cross advertises) so very similar inventory across the three, but Crowded House has a slightly softer style, lighter more natural colors than PB.

I was disappointed. Customer service on this day was lacking. I was not greeted when I entered the store, and when I did ask for help I was greeted with exasperation. I had stopped by Monday and they were closed. So, I came back today 3/2, I was so excited to look at the couches and color options and pick one out. As I narrowed down the fabric color (they have great options) and asked about the couch dimensions I felt like I was pulling teeth. Maybe I was a tire kicker to them? Anyhow, in the midst of finishing up, the salesperson started chit chatting about her daughter with another customer. I felt invisible. So I left, not a single thank you goodbye, etc…

Gorgeous store filled with amazing pieces of furniture!! I found some incredible crystals there too! Such a wonderful store! Clean and fun to look around in! The staff are incredibly helpful and the delivery guys are wonderful! Thankyou!! There should NOT be any one star reviews left for no masks- if you are scared stay home. No need to bully a private clean business.

Shopped there many times will never again. My wife needed a restroom a they recently closed them to the public. They told her to go next door to Peta Jungle. After all the purchases made there no longer.

It's a very large store with lots of things to look at. The feel is very.. country house, handmade, cottage-core.
My only real complaint is that I had a difficult time maneuvering my stroller around the store. They were even a few places I was unable to see because I did not fit. Which would mean people in wheelchairs would likely struggle to get around. Some of the passageways are extremely tight.

The nicest people I’ve encountered at a store in this crazy pandemic! I can’t even tell you how many times I was acknowledged walking in and walking around. Every employee was extremely knowledgeable in everything I had questions about. I highly recommend them! They have amazing unique pieces of furniture and artwork. And it was kind of a breath of fresh air to not necessarily have to wear a mask in their store. I know some might feel more comfortable wearing one but to have the choice was nice. There is no mask mandate unless you're a federal establishment. So the employees don't NEED to wear them. There is no law against it. You're not comfortable, then keep yours on and keep your distance.
