In a highly competitive market, we were so fortunate to have Susan as the quarterback to our home renovation project. There is no way that our home would be what it is without her! We recently purchased our home that was very out of date, we but we knew there was potential. Susan designed the most gorgeous mastered suite by removing an unnecessary bedroom and creating a state-of-the-art custom bathroom that we thoroughly enjoy! We removed walls on the main floor as well to open up the floor plan and transformed the stairs to showcase our home. She has great networking contacts and was able to handle our project even though we did not even live in the same state! Communication was top notch and anytime we needed her for questions etc, she would get back very quickly. With any project there will always be surprises and unanticipated bumps in the road, but she handled it like a champ! We highly recommend using Susan. Hands down, you won’t regret it!
