We engaged Betsy & Rich to assist us with a remodel for our cottage in Michigan. They have been a pleasure to work with and what sets them apart is their flexible engagement model and remote consultation, design and end to end project management. I originally shared pictures with Betsy and used FaceTime to walk Betsy through our home. She focused on the look / style we were trying to achieve, first. Betsy then provided design ideas so we could quickly and collaboratively decide / finalize the overall style we envisioned. The next step was going through and providing a "look book" concept to share ideas to guide the decision making process. Once we decided on ideas, Betsy provided links on where to purchase items and also purchased a number of items for us to assist with overall coordination and leverage discounts. I love the streamlined approach Betsy and Rich take with their clients. They also recommended trusted partners / vendors and provided project management remotely! We are so happy with our new home and cannot thank Betsy and Rich enough for helping us bring our vision to life!
