No pressure sales, just great service, quality mattresses at an affordable price. Delivery and set-up was quick and easy in addition the delivery guys were very kind and careful in setting up the bed :). 1 month later I had an issue with our Mattress being to firm of a mattress, called the owner about the 1 month warranty on the mattress we purchased and he was more than happy to accommodate and honor that warranty. We went into the store and picked the right mattress for our comfort needs. A+++++ Service!!!!!!!!

Love this store!!! Been getting mattresses for years for me and my family!! Highly suggest Brandon for all your mattress needs and questions! He's is friendly and super informed from what's in stock to what your needs are just by going off of what is on your list!!!! Bonus can't be at a free frame!!! They do have a great selection of nice new style beds. Also they deliver and take the old bed away. I've personally purchased 3 beds there in the last 15 years. The one in between was a top of the line gel type matrice, but we should have bought a king. The other day we purchased a nice king bed. The owner came down on the price which we appreciated. The owner and crew are super nice!

The first 6 months the bed was great and my back started to feel better. After that 6 month mark, the bed started to leave dips on the sides of the bed where me & my partner lay on & in the center there's a big hump where we don't usually sleep. I feel like the mattress is lumpy everywhere now & I can't sleep good anymore & my back hurts all over again. Super disappointed.

Made the mistake of going to a competitor store first... They were clearly uninterested and offered minimal help or answers to my questions. Walked into Mattress Stop and immediately, Ryan was there to greet us and was a tremendous help!
I found a great mattress, that was delivered later that day! Delivery guys were awesome as well.
This store is still going strong after 31 years for a reason!

Brandon is a great person, extremely accommodating, flexible, patient and knowledgeable. I have purchased mattresses from The Mattress Stop since 2004 and have always been treated with the outmost respect and care. I had an issue with a mattress and they were able to credit the amount of the mattress and allowed me to get a different one. Only had to pay the difference from the old to the new mattress. I highly recommend this store as they treat customers as family and accommodate your needs with great patience. Always get a a good deal and it feels great to be able to invest and support our local business owners.
