I spoke to the owner several times about Natalie’s customer service and so here I am writing this review. I came into the store today to pick up my packages and the only person there was Natalie. This girl has a bad attitude and bad vibes. She didnt say hi or ever look at me., so I told her “it would be nice if you said good morning or interacted”., she continued to have a bad attitude and so I told her I was going to write a review and she laughed and said “go ahead”. I’ve spoken to the manger before as she’s given both my boyfriend and I bad attitudes every time we come. It sucks because I paid a one year pro box with them and I absolutely hate coming to get my mail now. I should have known that her attitude was gonna be like that when I was first signing up, and the owner told her to do something while she was helping me, and she rolled her eyes at him. If if you’re not gonna get ready to work and have a stink attitude because you look bad daily , then you definitely shouldn’t be in Customer Service.

I had asked my mom to return an Amazon package at this UPS for me. She texted me, “The guy gave me a lecture about the type of packaging because the box wasn’t taped completely. He was so nice explaining it to me, plus he gave me a pen.” I genuinely appreciate staff being kind to my mother and kindly explaining Amazon return requirements. I will continue to come to this location because of this positive experience!

The WORST experience I’ve ever had in any public establishment! I was a loyal customer since the day this place opened about a year ago. The owner, a once happy and helpful guy has turned into a VERY angry and verbally abusive disgruntled man. The last time I was there, before last nights episode, the owner spent the entire time complaining about people expecting free tape, free packing services, and how he’s still not making money. I got an earful that day.

I went in to his store about a month ago to have my WILL notarized and spent over a hundred dollars to do so. ONE page came back from LA county for a “notary error”. My attorney sent a new page to be notarized again. Since it was an error on their part I asked that they waive the fee. At first they refused in spite of the attorneys description of why it was rejected. The did ultimately waive the fee and that’s when the verbal harassment began.

The girl who did it denied the mistake and that’s when the experience FLEW OFF THE CHARTS.
I was SCREAMED AT for several minutes, verbally harassed , was told to get out with my “bad energy” ALL in front of other patrons, while I was trying to get my finished document.

I’m a 65 year old woman who left SO shaken after what should have been a simple transaction. My night with my daughter was completely ruined.

Prior to last night I’d been in that UPS store at least 50 times as it was my “go to” place. It was easy and I like the town even though I don’t live there. I recommended this particular place to many friends bc I wanted to see this guy do well…
I had established a neighborly “friendship” with him.

How SAD…..I WILL NEVER RETURN. The owner is a loose cannon and should reflect, and take a good hard look at his security cameras. I wouldn’t put up with this type of verbal lashing in my home and absolutely will NOT allow it in ANY public forum.

Starting a business is tough. If you make it the first year you’ll be good BUT NOT if you treat your loyal customers as you did me.

These guys are the best! I deal with shipping companies on a regular basis and never received service like I have from here. I've never been in the store, they ship my auction items and go above and beyond everytime. Communication is amazing, they are on top of it and the follow up is unheard of. I've had many bad experiences with different ups stores, glad to see there not all becoming like the USPS.

I came in to return an Amazon order.. I was Greeted right when I came in, even though both
Store Clerks were busy with customers. The Store MGR. ( Male) helped Me so much, He was very Patient with Me, and both Employees were so Kind. I didnt know how to get the QR code for return. He Showed Me step by step on My phone exactly what to do.. I Will Gladly be back to this Excellent UPS Store in the Future. Thank You

DO NOT GET PASSPORT PHOTO SERVICES HERE!
Went in a couple weeks ago to have passport photos taken for my boyfriend’s passport application. His appointment was this morning at city hall and to our surprise the photos were not accepted and we had to purchase new photos to be done, because we needed to submit the application urgently. After the appointment, I proceeded to call the UPS store and the store manager stated he could not offer a refund and that it is impossible for the photos to not be accepted. He said and I quote “they are bullshitting you and probably trying to get more money out of you”. I don’t find it acceptable for any MANAGER, to be using that language towards a customer especially when I was very respectful and clear with the issue I was having. They said they could only offer to retake the photographs IF I had a letter stating the photos are not acceptable. Why would I waste MORE time, in getting that form, showing up to the store to still not get any refund? Why would I go out of my way for the POSSIBILITY to get pictures retaken when they were needed TODAY. Overall the phone conversation was unproductive and the manager was not helpful. Do not get passport services done here because they are not up to standards and you will have to spend more time and more money to get them done properly.
