We hired Tineke and Artistic Design for Living to help us design and remodel our San Francisco Marina home. We are so glad we did! We love, love, love our home and we hear the same from all our friends and family.

Tineke and her team did an amazing job providing excellent service throughout the entire cycle of our remodel, from defining the spaces in the beginning to art and accessories at the end. Room by room, we were impressed with their ability to pull together multiple elements; tile and stone, color and texture to create the right balance of drama and calm. We have very livable spaces that look fabulous.

In addition to Tineke's design artistry, we were struck by her build side expertise. On multiple occasions our contractor and their subs remarked how she really knew her stuff and this definitely went a long way to the success of our project.

In the end, we loved the finish product and thanks to Tineke and her team, we actually enjoyed the process. I don't know when we'll get to work with them again but we'd strongly recommend that you do.

We hired Tineke to do a complete remodel of our home in 2016. She managed the entire process, bringing in an architect and then working closely with our contractor from start to finish. We appreciated that she had incredible design sense and creativity, yet she also understood the importance of function as well as form for a young family of five. She never lost sight of the fact that this was a major investment for us, always paying attention to our budget and guiding us in where to invest and where to value engineer. Her entire team was extremely professional, talented, and dedicated (assistant designer Adrienne was fantastic to work with). We loved working with her so much that we hired her last year for a project in Mexico. Once again she exceeded our expectations. She quickly learned the ropes of working in Mexico, working with her current relationships to produce a number of pieces in Mexico. She was able to complete the project in a short amount of time, effectively collaborating with local resources as well as managing all of the issues related to shipping and customs. One of the things I love most about Tineke's work is that each project is unique...she really adjusts her style to fit the house/project and the client. Our two projects look very different yet the important elements of style, quality, form and function are consistent throughout. Now we just need to find an excuse to work with Tineke again...

We hired Tineke Triggs and ADL for a remodel of our 1886 Victorian home. She managed all elements of space design (including full kitchen and bath remodels) through to interiors and furniture. She is a total professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly talented, and very open and collaborative, and definitely hands on. We very much enjoyed not only the outcome, but the process of working with her.

We have used ADL on two projects-- our primary home and our second home. In both instances ADL has done a fantastic job-- not only in great design but also adhering to the budget.

I am always amazed by how well Tineke and her staff get colors and patterns and can put them together to make a room look incredible. It's a skill I definitely don't have and they are amazing at it!

ADL does every style well. We used them on a modern city home and a rustic cabin and both were fantastic. We also know other people, with very different styles, that have used ADL and the results are similarly beautiful.

We definitely recommend them to anyone that's looking for a designer and would absolutely use them again. Unlike experiences friends have had with other designers, ours was completely positive.
