Tony's was hired to install carpet on stairs, kitchen counter tops, kitchen backsplash, and basebaords throughout. After they started with installing the countertops and backsplash, it was in our best interest to discontinue any further work scheduled to be done by Tony's. The attention to detail is appalling. The countertop was not centered on the kitchen island and to cupboards were left uneven and not flush after installing the countertop. The backsplah was not finished correctly along cabinets and trim. If a local friend wasn't there at the time they were installing the backsplash behind stove and along counter, they would've installed offsetting rows of tile rather than doing it correctly. Fortunately, our friend was there at the time. In addition to the lack of attention to detail, the excessive amount of material they charged for compared to what was required to complete they job was absurd. If they were to have completed the job, I'm sure they would've taken the excess material, which was enough to do our job twice, just to use it at another job while charging another customer for our excess material we already paid for. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality, attention to detail work done.

I love this place! I love the people that have helped us here and I am happy with the service. All of the workers have been extremely helpful and professional. My husband and I have had a really nice experience with this company. The house isn’t done yet but so far, the house looks beautiful and we would hire Tony and his staff again. Thanks!!

Beware. Very poor communication & unprofessional & threatening behavior from owner. Shocked they are still in business. Can’t believe how they treat people. I had to block owners number. Ie: installer wanted to redo some stair nosing. Needed 3 pieces and they still charged a standard flat rate for material delivery $150! Wow. Installer made a fuss but nothing ugly from what I’m told. Owner called ME threatening me about how an installer I use (not my employee) talked to his sister. ? Who does that? Same guy messaged me at 10pm about whether a payment was sent. For some shady reason some work they do has to be paid in person. I was there in the showroom multiple times & had I been informed of the small outstanding invoice I would have paid it off (for my client). But they wanted me to drive an hour out of my way to pay it when it came up on their reminders. No. Not happening. Finally was offered to mail in payment. No problem.

His countertop fabricator was terribly rude, insisted I needed 3 slabs for a job. Got it done w/2 no problem btw. He got mad at me because he was sent to pick up material on a day the slab yard was closed. Not sure how that’s my problem. Got angry because countertops weren’t prepped the way he wanted before template. Nothing was communicated about the plywood install. Lack of training & communication is their problem then when things don’t go well they attack the customer. They are too busy for their own good.

I gave this guy 10k in business the last couple months & they lost a 10k countertop job because of all the above. And owner doesn’t care. Terribly rude, training needed, lack of communication& no idea of what customer service is.
