I have been using their Gun Safe LED products for probably 7 years or so in our Herd Wear Store in Goodnight, Texas. We put them inside display cases ... and WOW, just perfect light on product. Below are two photos - one with just the overhead lights; the second with our cabinet light strips on. Really highlights the products.... not too much; just enough and they sparkle. Highly recommend the product.
Just now I needed some additional units (which I ordered) but also some additional power supplies which I couldn't find (on my own). Justin at Torchstar got back to me with the link ... and presto, I had exactly what I needed. Great Product, great service. Thank you for both.

Torchstar is the ONLY way to go for your slim LED lights. The customer service department is top notch! Justin took care of me with a warranty claim and had my 4 replacements to my door within 3 days! This LED company is not like others that have a US phone number but when you call they answer in China, nope it is based out of California and you speak to a US representative! I will always be a Torchstar customer. Keep up the great work!

Amazing products and outstanding customer service. I bought 18 of these lights and love them. Unfortunately, one lamp had a manufacturing issue with the hood. Instead of of returning it all through Amazon, I contacted customer support. Marlena was amazing to work with. She helped me through the process over the phone in record time and a couple of days later I had a new hood for my lamp. Great products, great pricing, stellar customer service; what more could you ask for?!?

Justin at Torchstar just made my day. Torchstar has excellent products. To date I’ve purchased 10 LED Ceiling Lights of which 6 are installed. Trimless. The trim gets spackled into the ceiling. Problem. 2 pieces of trimless trim were missing. Justin went way above and beyond getting the missing pieces shipped to me expeditiously since we are at the end of a gut remodel. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and highly competent. Great customer service experience.

We are a company of which have used many or torchstar products through the years but until as of recent we have been without issue. We recently purchased some additional power adapters direct from them and one of them ultimately failed. I reached out to customer service rep named Serena of which was super responsive, polite, and got us a replacement stuck in the mail right away. My customer will be impressed by the quick repair.

Very pleased with their products & their customer service. Justin helped me resolve a small issue very quickly. He was very responsive. It was a refreshing experience unlike dealing with some big corporation where you can’t get a hold of somebody or get definitive answers. Highly recommend their LED motion sensor light bars. They work great!
