Kudos to the staff and sales personnel at Townhouse Galleries in Decatur. I had problems with a recliner that I had purchased earlier in the year dealing with several delivery delays and various other issues that made the recliner unsatisfactory to me once finally delivered. Thanks to Tim and Penny for listening to my complaints and for taking the necessary action to make sure I received a full refund. I really appreciate their customer service in a time when good service is hard to find. I will shop here again.

Townhouse was a great location for high quality service. We purchased Thomasville and leathercraft wingbacks that developed issues under warranty. Staff did not resolve the issues. Never again, wish the old staff were back.

I had problems finding a comfortable chair. I ended up returning 2 chairs that were not comfortable for me once I got them home. Penny at Townhouse Galleries was helpful and understanding of my problem.The returns were made without incident. Thank you to all at Townhouse.

Excellent experience. Quality furniture, large selection, salesman was helpful, not one bit of pressure to buy. It was worth the 90 min drive. Definitely will go back.

The receptionist couldn't even find a sales person to help us, they obviously weren't trying to make any money that day we went. We had cash and ready to buy. Seemed snooty. Never going back.

Nice things and appeared to be good quality but just not my taste and the salesman was sort of snerky.
