Terrible experience. In mid-April, we requested a new Bimini top cover for our pontoon and they said no problem, "It will be ready by Memorial Day holiday". We paid 50% up front with the remaining to be paid upon completion of the work. Memorial Day came and went. I understand that in early June, DFW received a lot of rain which made the lake levels really high and flooding in many areas. Bryan stated that they could not get into the marina. However, vendors for the marina's restaurant are able to go in and deliver all types of equipment and food. Many families are also able to still have access to the marina and get to their boats, AND this shop continued to post on Facebook about some of the work they had been completing and installing!! Today, it is July 2nd and no Bimini nor an estimated date for completion. Bryan has been ignoring our calls and sending us to voicemail since mid-June. We will not be recommending this business to anyone; terrible customer service. We sent our final email stating we will be disputing the charge with our credit card company if we did not hear back from him today. By 4 pm, a reply back stating that our deposit of $XXXX will be refunded to our account within 2-3 business days. No other statements were made. Needless to say, we could've had our Bimini made and installed by a more reputable company and enjoyed by now.

Brian was soooooo professional at every part of my boat job. He did a 39 ft cover and bow pads. He is a rare find and their attention to detail and craftsmanship is an A+.

Brian was great, friendly, and informative! He responded to me quickly and even met me at the shop the next day to look at my car even though they were closed for the Christmas/holiday. I’m very excited to get my leather tear repaired next week!! And I’m very impressed with his service and timely manners!

Over-priced, they over promised, and they UNDER delivered. I needed a mast tip cover for my Hobie. I brought my old one which was very Warren and faded. The red flag on the end had mostly ripped off and asked they can replace that as well. His reply was i'm sure they can. He quoted me a hundred and sixty two dollars, Which sounded extremely high but I didn't feel like waiting. He also told me it would be done within seven days what's the following week. He finally called me more than three weeks later. When i got over there to pick it up, there's no red flag. My original cover had been thrown away. The new one looked like it had been laying on the warehouse floor where everybody had been walking across it for a week. The new one looked like maybe thirty minutes of work was put into it buy an amateur.
Needless to say, I will never visit this place again!

We had the overhead lining of my husband's car redone; the car was old and the lining had started sagging in several places. They did a terrific job and for the price quoted; was a great deal. Later took my car in and had the pocket on the back of the driver's seat repaired; it had ripped away from seat back. And, again, they delivered as promised for price quoted and did a wonderful job. Great prices, great service, couldn't ask for anything more.

I contracted Robin Robbins to replace the cockpit cover on my 37 ft Express Cruiser located on Lake Texoma, This is a one off custom build for them, and they completed the cover timely and cost effectively. The fabric was in short supply due to the COVID supply chain issues, but The Upholstery Shop still met their promise date, Highly recommend.
