Shannon helped us with our remodel/rebuild of our 100 year old home. She is a delight to work with, has such creative ideas, and easily walked us through the myriad of decisions we had to make with her wealth of design knowledge and understanding of materials and products. She can visualize the potential in your home and help you think out of the box. We have just completed our kitchen remodel, led by Shannon Demma of Urbana Design.
Our desire was to create a French country kitchen, Provencal style. We are ecstatic with the final product.

Shannon Demma, Urbana Design Studio is simply amazing! She is fabulous to work with; she has high, positive energy all the time. She is flexible and listens to the client’s needs. She seamlessly walked me though an entire new house build process for interior design, purchase, and implementation. In the discovery phase, she created idea boards to help me visualize our ideas, and she created my floor plan for me to see how these ideas would implement. She also worked directly with my electricians and plumbers to ensure consistency of planning. Once we had a good idea of what I wanted, we went shopping. Shannon took me to multiple sites to preview tiles, quartzite, flooring, lighting, etc. That process is somewhat overwhelming and Shannon kept me calm the entire time. Once I decided on my products, Shannon ordered everything and managed that entire aspect (timelines, product returns when imperfect, costs, etc.), so I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. Then she held onto my products for a long time as my contractor was behind schedule. When ready, she supervised the installation of my products into my new home, working directly with the cabinet makers, tile installers, plumbers etc., always with a smile on her face. Shannon added so much value to my new home. I cannot say enough good things about Shannon. I recommend Shannon Demma 100%+!

I have owned my small house for almost 17 years and I always wanted to remodel the kitchen. I finally took the leap this year. Shannon understood my taste immediately and offered two different designs for me to chose from. As the project progressed, she was there to help me understand the process, was encouraging when I became decision-making-weary and offered amazing suggestions from appliances to color schemes. The final result has been a complete game changer for my house. It no longer feels small. Now my new kitchen is full of light and color and space.
