Nader ( owner of US F&U ) delivered amazing customer service throughout our experience with him. We had a sofa with a broken frame that I assume was going to be a huge project to correct. He had a creative, non-damaging solution that corrected the problem and was reasonably priced.

Before we engaged and before he quoted an estimate, he answered all my questions. We did a final evaluation onsite together before he took the sofa away to assure there were no surprises and made recommendations for improving the internal supports to prevent further problems that were both smart and well priced. Furniture today is just garbage (structure-wise) and Nader fixed our problem with the sofa in a way that assured long term use and stability.

His pickup and return service was reasonably priced, fast, and saved me from the headache of renting a truck. He was timely, completed the work in half the time estimated (had it back in a few days), and his solution to fixing my broken sofa gave me a better sofa than the manufactured had delivered (better supported) and it had a 1 year workmanship guarantee from Nader for the repair work.

We will be looking to work with US Furniture very soon for other furniture repairs and upholstery.
