I had my backyard redone with Vincente (boss) from V & L Landscape + Design in summer 2022. At first, it seems like he was a nice guy that would get the job done at a reasonable price and would honor the promises to come back and fix any issues that needed fixing. We had him built a red cedarwood gazebo, update hard landscaping, and built a few wooden planters. It hasn't even been 2 years since the gazebo was built, and the rain has peel off the material he used to cover the roof. The gazebo pole are swaying and the wooden ceiling he screwed to the inside is slowly falling off because the wood warped. We tried to call him several time, left voice messages and email, but he has not responded. This is not only horrible customer service, but also very unethical. I trusted in the guy even though he is young because he seems to have integrity, it really backfired. To anyone else who knows him or is considering his work, you should think twice about relying on him in case the quality don't pull through.

I just had my backyard, front yard and driveway remodeled with V & L Landscape + Design, I am very happy with their service! I will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a crew with high quality work, great communication and decent price.

I found V & L Landscape + Design through online search, and V & L Landscape + Design stood out with the most number of good reviews. In the first meeting with Vicente, I got practical and great suggestions to redesign my back and front yard which fit into our budget. I received several design options visual simulation in a couple of days and got the quote in a week.

I really appreciate the quality of the work V & L Landscape + Design has delivered. Vicente’s craftsmanship on pavers is first class, paying attention to a lot of details. During the project, some planned design was found not feasible, and the crew was able to adjust in time to make sure the end results were meeting expectations.

I also appreciate that V & L Landscape + Design crew was willing to do extra to make our experience beyond expectations. We had many rocks from a pond we used to have and did not know what to do with them. The crew was able to come up with multiple great ideas to make good use of them, including building a small yard boundary wall, making a circle around our focal point lemon tree, and scattered in front yard rock river, all look great! They also fixed our sunk stepping stones in the lawn, and a cracked in the wall without asking for additional charge.

The crew came to work on time everyday, and sometimes come over the weekend to take care some small tasks. Since our backyard dose not allow big machine to enter, most of the work were done manually and took the crew a bit more time to finish everything. But the crew worked extra hours to have the overall project finished in 2.5 weeks.

I will keep working with V & L Landscape + Design for the maintenance which they also offer in their service. I am very happy that I found them and have my yard taken care by them, highly recommended!

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! after 24 hours of us talking on the phone vicente came by to take a look at the yard and instantly gave me a quote after minutes of looking around. I was very suprised since i was quoted damn near doubled from his asking price just a week before. They cleaned my whole back yard and built my pation within 4 days. They have immaculate service, his crew was on time, ATTENTIVE to details and super clean ! V&L really exceeded my expectations. My back yard truly looks WAY better than before! Thanks to vicente and his father, They were phenomenal! I highly RECOMMEND this company & i will defenitely recommend them to family & friends. Great job guys!
