I went to Valley Furniture on a Wednesday to look for a particular piece, and Roger was very helpful.I saw several pieces I liked but wanted to bring my husband back to make a final choice.

The selection and pricing were excellent. When we went back on Thursday, Judy helped us make our choice and was terrific, assisting in arranging delivery at our convenience.

The delivery employees were super--fast, efficient, careful.

We could not of had a better experience at Valley Furniture. No sales pressure, great selection and reasonable prices. Salesman was very informative, excellent product knowledge. Was able to get next day delivery to San Rafael for our selection.

Sold me broken furniture did not listen to customer nor did anything to try to help the situation. Larrys’s (the owner) policy is once you take a broken item it is your responsibility and your fault. It hurts to post this review I don’t normally do negative reviews but I have no choice in this case. My mom is a loyal customer and prefers to support smaller business over going down the street and easily purchasing from Costco or Ashley furniture. Sadly never returning to this establishment. Michael (salesperson manger) is a rude salesperson, interrupts and is one sided when it comes to fixing an issue from an item sold from their store. These guys don’t know the first thing when it comes to customer service and appreciation. It’s unfortunate to say that you can not trust this store following up with any future issues once the purchase is final, even if it’s as soon as unboxing the item. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The customer service here was amazing! The lady we worked with was very efficient and sweet, and our delivery was so fast it blew my mind. The delivery folks were quick, in and out, and even gave me time to sweep and vacuum the cat toys and other shenanigans that were trapped under the old couch. We'll absolutely be back for any other furniture needs.

The sales guy was funny and enjoyable. He left us alone until we needed him which I like. When we needed him he .ade suggestions that would fit our budget. The delivery guys stayed in touch with me to let me know when they would be there. They were friendly and took our old furniture and put the new in place took off all the plastic wrap and took it with them. I love my new furniture and I got an amazing price. I highly recommend this store.
