So, I can only say that greed and a new manager with new way of pricing doing things was able to ruin a great place to shop! I have been a customer for decades even when it was called Amvets. Always found bargains, buying things because it was a great item for a great price, not anymore!!!! No more real brand names that are fashionable but you can find from the 80s and 90s OVERPRICED clothing. No more quality bedding, I always found down pillows comforters not anymore ..and this is based on over a dozen visit see if it was just a temporary change. This store was always well organized, now it looks like a junk yard with mess and cheap really used overpriced products. This plane a PROFITABLE thrift store not a NONPROFIT!!! They get all the donations than turn it around and price them like if it's a Hollywood secondhand store, I found new items priced for higher than you can buy online... I thought all these years, thrift stores are for bargain hunters and for people can not afford to go to department stores and pay full price, well now the game has changed ..
I always loved this store for the past 22 years .. it was my fun time to find great things for great prices .. no more😔
Also I would like to know now that there is new manager where is all the quality good items are going It's so obvious that it's going somewhere else .. after 22 years of being a loyal customer and loving the store I can tell when quality donations aren't out out here anymore.. furniture nothing but old (and I don't mean antique) ugly chairs , toys department mess and barely anything, few months ago it was packed! Let me show you with a few pictures of it allows me to upload.

A really bad selling strategy for customers.
First they do not check the equipment they sell.
Then they do not accept refunds or returns even if they sold faulty stuff.

Bought a watch for $20 and it didn't work.
Bought a camera for $25 and it didn't work.
Bought a keyboard for $15 and it didn't work.

Either check your trash and make sure it is not damaged or accept refunds for unchecked and not working equipment.

Many items are alco more expensive than brand new on Amazon. A phone tripod with LED light was priced $15 while a new one was $10 on Amazon.

The store closes earlier than google says.
At 6 pm, not 7pm. The closing experience is awful all the employees tag team and push you out to stop shopping and go get check out. All the employees are constantly staring at every move you make.

I love to come to this kind of store,
Sometimes, I find great bargains, but honestly, it's really OVERPRICED, I don't know how they price the stuff. I find used things that I can find in stores new and at a better price.

Been coming here for years been put off by prices the last few times. Tried once more today.. Occasionally you can find something decently priced but Most the time now days everything is over priced. Many things I can buy new for the same prices they have here. They want 19.99 for one transformer toy, a toy chest I saw today ...$49.99. I saw a cute blanket also $49.99 and it was innfair condition, not like new.
Is this thrift store prices? No. This is going to run then out of business.

Every time I visit this thrift store I always leave with something that I love or find unique. It gets very overcrowded on the weekends. The parking lot is usually full by noon or before noon. Some people park across the street or nearby to get inside so, it’s a pretty popular and busy store. Go on the weekdays or in the evening to not deal with an overwhelming crowd. Only downside about going too late in the day is getting all the leftovers people have left behind.

A lot of people are complaining at the items being marked at a higher price. One of the reasons why items are being marked so high is due to Tik Tok. I have seen this thrift store on Tik Tok a few times with thousands of likes, comments and views. Due to the resellers or people finding vintage, expensive or high quality items at a cheaper price. Now that the store is getting alot of attention especially with the amount of resellers you see throughout the store. It has now attracted the attention of the owner, management, staff members, etc. Which brings into play why items are being marked way higher than ever before. The more traffic that comes inside, the more money the thrift store makes. Staff members are looking up the price of name brand, vintage or high quality items that are received through donations. Then pricing it accordingly to sell to consumers who are attracted to coming to the thrift store.

Used to be low prices now they're charging way more on items you can buy brand new for cheaper. Doesn't make sense. It'll def get them out of business if they don't make the items cheap again. At the end of the day it's a thrift store.... not a high end store.

Two stars for having a great selection of beauty products, clothing items and shoes, and hard goods. Three stars dinged for pricing. Talk about greedy. Anything remotely close to having value is completely overpriced. A vitamix for $75? New balance and vans in good, used condition for $69? Hairspray for $7.99 each bottle. Keep in mind this store is stocked from donations and the pricing reflects an air of greed rather than goodwill for their community. Note that this is a cash-only facility so if you’re planning on shopping here for anything remotely decent, bring cash, and lots of it because you’ll need it.
