Very reliable, on time and dependable. If they are running late the office will call you. I Truly appreciate that. Some companies do not bother to let you know they are running late and just show up. We had Chris.
Great man very informative and easy to understand when explaining issue. He had his daughter to help, and work with the company, which I absolutely LOVE IT. Father and daughter team. Little pricey, for my mom as she is on a fixed income. I do understand in some ways the high price.
I do wish the company did honor Veterans or First Responders discount. However, I am pleased with everything.

Taylor came to my house and explained that I didn't actually have a leak (which I thought I did) and showed me what the problem was. I was ready to get a whole new system (which I didn't need). I appreciate the honesty. Explained exactly how to fix the problem and installed a wifi water-efficient control with a rebate! I am very happy with the service. I will definitely call them again when I am ready to update my system.

We had Chris come out and he did such an awesome job for us at my mother’s house. We were amazed at how knowledgeable he was on this old Rain Bird Sprinkler set up. He helped us to understand how to operate it. He dug up a root that was needed to be out of the way, also dug up and repaired a broken sprinkler and fixed the aim on it. Very friendly gentleman.
We recommend these folks and will use them again if needed!

Quickly assessed my situation, repaired the wiring for my failed valves and replaced my 22 year old controller with a new modern state of the art Rachio that I can now manage from my iPhone. Lesson learned, never contract a company to change valves in your sprinkler system that does not also do the sprinkler adjustments and checks the whole system to ensure that is working. This company’s routing is not to touch a single sprinkler and it does not check the sectors affected by the valve change. When problems aroused, their argument was that they were not responsible for the leak and breaking of a sprinkler head. They argued that the leak was there before the valve change. The water bills show that the leak started soon after the valves were replaced. The idea to blame mowing, type of sprinklers for the leak was also interesting since this time of year mowing is done very seldom. There is still the fact that they can argue that the sprinklers were or not adjusted or adjusted improperly. That is the problem with someone that does not work pass the valves; the customer becomes responsible for that and they can argue that was the cause. We are checking our options at this time. Just do not hire a company that does not do a full nspection of the system and makes all of the required adjustments. I talked to my neighbors to tell them that I do not endorse this company since they put a sign on our lawn while working without asking for permission to do so.
