I spent several weeks researching van builders across the country and received quotes from multiple builders in California, Colorado to Miami and eventually came back to having it built from Van Specialties not because they were in my home town but because they were the most competitive priced and had the best feeling that I was working with honest people.

Everyone working here truly deserves 5 stars the brothers Jenson and Ty that own the business are there daily helping and interacting with customers they will do whatever they can do make sure you’re satisfied before leaving. The van build turned out even nicer than expected. More than a couple times I was given options to save money where not needed to spend and then able to use those funds for more necessary items. Anyone that builds a van knows there will always be adjustments and quirks to work out at the beginning. What impressed me most is VS is willing to put their past customers at the front of the line when any issues arises or needing upgrades vs at the end of the line. Most companies these days will take your money and then you’re last priority, not the case here I feel like I have their support for the duration of my van ownership. Thank you guys for a job very well done.

Van Specialties outfitted my production van with insulation, black aluminum diamond plate walls, headliner, and E-track and I couldn’t be happier. This thing looks sick. Staff are super chill and friendly.

Van Specialties built our van almost 10 years ago. The build was great, and customer service superb! We've taken the van back a couple of times over the years to make improvements and upgrades. The most recent was having the Agile Ride Improvement Package (i.e. RIP) installed. As I was driving north on the freeway after the work was completed, it's was like WOW! What a difference the Agile upgrades made to the van's driving and handling performance! Highly recommend stopping or calling in to discuss the specifics on it all. Thank you Jensen, Ty, and Gene! You guys are great!

I called Van Specialties the morning my Renogy Inverter stopped working. Since I was in the road timing was critical to getting it fixed right quickly. I had the van in their shop by 2:30 that day and Greg and his team looked over my issue and said they could fix it! They were amazing at diagnosing my problem and fixing it that day so I could get back on the road! I have to say that after going through their shop I just wanted to buy a new van. Oh well, I will do that next time. Thanks Greg, you and your team are amazing.

I had a Sprinter van conversion designed and completed at Van Specialties and have been very very pleased. There staff and shop is top notch and continues to support all my needs. Just can't say enough about what they do, Excellent experience!!!

First off, feel free to check out reviews on Yelp where I’m fairly certain they aren’t as able limit negative reviews.

Anyway, I purchased the folding seat they sell second hand and contacted them for a bid to install it. They sent a bid via email for almost $2k, which seemed exorbitant even if there was reinforcement installed. The seat is currently listed on their site for $2700 including installation, the seat and hardware. I asked a few questions and their rep Greg told me the seat could be installed for $850 which seemed reasonable. Once I got to the point I was ready to schedule the install, they reneged on this price and blamed me for not understanding their process and believing what Greg said, not what was listed on their bid sheet. Generally zero accountability for misleading and misrepresenting the costs even when I gave them the opportunity to explain. They also gave a couple dates as options and decided to book over those dates without confirming with me first.

Ultimately their shady practices and lack of accountability make me feel fortunate that I’m not working with them for the install.

Just picked up my new built out MB 170 4x4. The team at Van Specialties killed it. Love their ideas and dedication in getting it done right. Great team there, the owners are awesome, and they have been doing it since the beginning. Nice thing is they can do it all from wet baths to windows to cabinets.

I recently had a brake controller and running boards installed on my van here and I am now looking forward to having them work on the grill cover. The staff has been incredibly professional and helpful throughout the process. Their work is top-notch, and I can understand why they came highly recommended to me. My experience so far has been great, and I trust them for all my van accessory needs.
