Vintage Landscape is contracted to Indian Palms Country Club in Indio, where I am currently staying. These folks work super hard every day here and keep the neighborhoods and greenbelts looking superb! Every employee I have met has been friendly and helpful. The bougainvillea are being pruned to a matchstick in August. Any horticulturist should know that they won't flower well unless pruned in late winter early spring - there is never a reason to remove more that 1/3 of the plant and certainly a chainsaw is unnecessary. Also they are removing all of the mulch from the flower beds in order to promote lack of water and dieback.

we placed an order with Vintage six months ago, and have never had so much as a call back. A complete waste of our time.

We did have great service at Mariscal Cactus & Succulents on Dillon Rd near Palm Dr. in Desert Hot Springs. I would go there.

The work they do is the worst, cut grass under cars, edging slung on outdoor BBQ, they even blow the clippings into my pool, instead of out into the street. All of this after telling them how to do it correctly 6 times. Management does not care at all, do as little as possible attitude.

Customer service regarding complaints is horrible.
They took out grass and replaced it with a combination of turf and DG. They sprayed the grass however then dug up dirt below where the spray was effective and spread it on top of the sprayed soil. Weeds showed up through the DG almost immediately.
When I called the individuals involved in the job had been layed off, the sales manager only responded when he was informed he was losing a different job because of my case. After trying another spraying they have lost all interest.
Come and look at a $23K disaster, 45343 Chocta Circle, Indian Wells.

Vintage has worked gor us at rhe tennis stadium. This is a large job of instsllation and maintenance. They have done a very professional job for the Gardens.
