From the time I walked into the door of Vivian’s quality furniture Victor was very helpful and worked very hard to get financed and he did just that. I originally ordered a bed frame and mattresses but someone Else had already purchased it for my daughter so a few days after ordering I called victor and asked him if it was too late to change my mind and get the couch that I really wanted, he said no I got you I can do it for you with no problem. And even got a sooner delivery. From that day he gave me a confirmed date and time. On the day of delivery I got a call around 10:30 from the delivery driver (Dylan) that he would be here within the hour which was not my delivery time . Dylan communicated every step of the way until he got here to deliver. He was very careful and overall has very good customer service . I will definitely purchase from them again in the near future.

We had a great experience at Vivian's Quality Furniture in Escondido. I had always wanted to go in, and after shopping and finding nothing (as well as some over priced items) at the "big outlet" furniture stores, I am so glad we went to Vivian's! Victor met us up front and showed us around. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. We bought several pieces (bedroom set, chest of drawers & a sofa/recliner for our home. The delivery team was also excellent. They were prompt, courteous and right on schedule. Thank you very much! We found many items to choose from that we had liked and all, we felt, were priced extremely competitively and reasonable! They also have catalogs to look at and then they can even order the furniture from those for you as well.
