I just wanted to say thank you! Today I lost my horse and I went in there not having a clue what I was getting or looking for; all I knew was that I wanted to plant a tree where I buried my horse. They helped me find the correct tree for the type of soil we have and were very professional, welcoming, and friendly. Hayley was amazing! I would highly recommend them!

I regularly buy trees and shrubs from here. They are my preferred nursery because they typically have good quality stocks, but also the staff are very helpful compared with other nurseries in the area and it's typically less busy here than other nurseries in the area. Prices are on par with the other nurseries.

One of my trees died and they were helpful in getting me a new, free replacement.

Wagner is highly recommended for their work with rocks. They are great at building walls or placing rocks correctly in the landscape. They are not so great at educating their client on which plants to use and communicating - both internally and externally. The horrendous lack of communication ended up in my receiving a bill for 30% over budget when I was very clear the budget was extremely important. The overruns weren't from my direction but their own lack of communication internally. Got the feeling that most people just pay the bill but when I called and emailed and called again they did adjust it down to what was accurate. It's a local family business that I want to support but I expected better.

Bought a home with a irrigation system installed by this company was just checking to see about warranty of equipment or workmanship. The home is two years old so hoped it had something . I didn't know who to call initially so I called around and got an estimate from another highly recommended company. They came out right away and gave an assessment and estimate for repair. They identified that part of the damage was due to the blow out process. Won't be using that guy again either. They also identified that the wrong size heads were installed initially. They gave me an estimate and let me know when They could get it done. The old owners were contacted and told us who they used. So I made the call here. I asked initially what type of warranty the system had and if any on workmanship. I was met with defensive not my problem attitude. They must have Issue often. I should've figured how it would go by how they answered the phone. We all have bad days but we can't let our customers know we are having them. I am pretty sure the guy thought I was trying to get something for nothing. I would have been more than happy to pay if it wasn't covered. Got the impression that standing behind their work wasn't top priority. I am paying 700 dollars to get the repair done and also paying to have the heads changed out and tuned so I can stop watering 7 feet into the street and the entire sidewalk.

I bought plants here and had them die after about 2 weeks or so. I called them and the did eventually agree to replace them but I didn't have great luck with the new ones either. They seem a bit high priced but they do have a large selection.
