It's pretty good store. Just wish they had an automotive section. If you haven't tried it you should try store pickup of grocery items or other things throughout the store. They'll bring them right out to your car.

I run a daycare center and shop a LOT at this store. Today I was accused of trying to not pay for a half-off Christmas tree at the self checkout line, to the point of the staff person re-scanning the tree to prove that it wasn’t on my receipt. Her measly “sorry” when she saw that it indeed was on my receipt did little to soften my anger.
I was also refused BY A MANAGER a lower price for a clothing item on sale that had two pieces missing from its package of six. I was told that the shortage was the reason it was marked down. When I told them that there were other packages of six in the display that were also marked down (but were the wrong size), I was told that wasn’t true, and she refused to accompany me over there to see for herself. If u hadn’t wanted the damn tree so much, I would’ve walked out right there. Needless to say, I won’t be walking back in again. Between this sorry excuse for customer service, and the larger company’s stance on DEI and other capitalistic BS, I was going against my principles anyway. I won’t miss WalMart but I hope the amount of money I have spent there will be missed. Probably not, but a girl can hope.

Bathrooms are regularly disgusting, covered in wet soiled toilet paper, feces, various biohazard.

There is no milk to speak of today, though I realize the city is in an unexpected winter storm. I think Walmart could at least post signs on the milk cooler doors to help answer the question of why there is no milk.

On the bright side, Kudos to Frint end coach Leta.She has amazing customer service skills. I always see her pitching in where needed, and is always a pleasure to speak with.

We came in to buy a wide variety of things. They had everything we needed and were restocking while we were shopping. We only had to search for one item. After looking in what would be "the usual" places, I followed my hunch and found it immediately!

Never had an issue with customer service till today, tried to cash a check and they tell me they can’t because the amount is too high? It’s the same repetitive check. And now magically you can’t do your job. Amazing.

It’s honestly the worst Walmart I’ve ever been in. The employees walk around like monotone zombies that hate their lives. It’s messy and unorganized. It’s disappointing as a former employee, but not from this store. I always took pride in my job and helping my customers. This store is seriously lacking in that. I doubt I’ll be back. I’ll make the trip over to Dallas. It’s a much better store all the way around.
