. I’m here today 4.40pm. She said I’m a supervisor. We don’t have enough employee (that’s my problem) that’s why customer service close 5pm. go other store.😖😖

Asked me why I needed my pain medicine and proceeded to make me wait for it. Completely inappropriate and condescending. I will be moving my prescription to a pharmacy that is competent enough to call my doctor if they have a question about what I’m being prescribed. It is not the pharmacists job to control my medication.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern over an incident that occurred at the Walmart Neighborhood Market in La Palma, CA, where I experienced racial profiling and poor treatment by an employee.

During a recent shopping trip, I was followed around the store by a manager named Letty. Upon reaching the exit, Letty stood at the door and asked me to open my reusable bags because they were zipped, claiming that Walmart has a policy requiring all personal reusable bags to be checked. I have shopped at Walmart for years and have never been informed of such a policy, nor have I witnessed it being enforced with other customers.

As a Black woman, I felt targeted and humiliated by this request and perceived it as an accusation of theft solely based on my appearance. This experience was deeply upsetting and left me questioning Walmart’s commitment to providing respectful and inclusive customer service to all patrons.

I believe all customers should feel welcome and respected at Walmart, and I urge you to address this issue so that no one else experiences such discrimination. I hope to see Walmart take steps to ensure fair and respectful treatment of every customer, regardless of race.

Rude employees. I would give this a 2 star for an incident in which one employee in particular was extremely rude, but after i cursed her out I never got banned from the store and in fact she either got fired or quit cuz i just never saw her again after that.
Compared to other nearby Walmart locations, this one isn't that bad, but it's still not great.

I love when I have the chance to go to this store location. It's just down the street from where I live. They have great selection on products and the staff is always very helpful ever and greet you with a smile and a welcome
