The turf we bought is excellent but it is really the service that was unmatched. Our sales rep, Cassie, was really nice and knowledgeable and always got back to us promptly. She truly made the purchasing process painless and we felt very confident in our decisions thanks to Cassie. The delivery person they sent out was really great too. We had an issue with where to put the roll and he helped us move things around and even helped us take the bags of sand to the back when usually they just do curbside delivery. They also had the best price around! This was definitely a 5 star experience and we would highly recommend these folks.

Can't say much about the longevity of the turf for it's only been installed for a month. So far holding up very well with young kids running around all over it. Love the fact that I don't need to mow the lawn anymore 😃

Cassie in the sales department was such great help. Extremely knowledgeable about the products and installation process as well as what to look out for. She made sure I got everything I need to complete the project. The sale order was quick and fast and painless, delivery was available the next day.

Wow, just wow. I have been in the government sector for 28 years and have dealt with hundreds of vendors throughout my career through my work and personal use. I have had to deal with some really moody people that just don’t have the time to assist you, as if you are taking time out of their day, and I have dealt with some nice people. With all that said, Cassie at the San Rafael showroom is absolutely amazing. (No this is not from a friend nor did she pay me to write this.lol). Her professionalism is top notch. Cassie is very detailed and responds to your questions or concerns quickly. She took my sketch and modified a draft for me to save me a lot of money. Let it be known, I had a lot of questions. Cassie took the time to respond with easy direction. Her personality is just as equal to her amazing customer skills. Thank you Cassie. If only we could all get this quality of service with everyone we deal with.

Fantastic and friendly people. Product is great too but it was just installed. So far super everything!

So it all started when I got some product samples. After I had chosen my favorite I called the company asking many questions about the product, installation, what else was needed etc. All my questions were thoroughly answered. I ordered the product. Delivery was fast and friendly. All along, I was kept well informed about the status, and they also followed up afterwards making sure I had a good experience. They nailed it!!
