If i could give this store a 0 I would. This store is Racist and takes advantage of non English speakers. Grandma went to return a walker that was purchased 1 day ago. store owner wanted to charge my Grandmother 20% for “dirty wheels” when chair was purchased it came from display not from a New box it already was “dirty”.

I rented a motorized lift chair. It worked great, was impeccably clean and had no odor. Delivery and pick up was punctual and easy.

I’d definitely rent from them in the future.

Keith, the owner, was especially nice as was another person I spoke with about pick up times.

They were the fourth place I called to find a motorized lift chair. They were the most wallet friendly by far.

I can’t comment on the look of the store. I never went in, having conducted the entire transaction over the phone.

The best place ever....if I didn't have the Wellness, I would of given up on my mom. Anything you need is there to take care of the one you love...also if you need to just talk they are the best listeners....I love you guys....thank you

I needed a air mattress for my sister today and Berlynn took such great care of me. She took time to explain the differences and I was able to make the purchase over the phone (I'm in Idaho) and have it delivered the same day. What a life-saver. My sister is happy, I'm happy and we will be back for more items when the time is necessary.

Loved it!!! I came into Wellness Medical clueless about what a lift chair was, all I know is thats what my dad wanted to get for my mom for mothers day. They told me everything I needed to know and then some. So si great im definitely going back for father's day. Great Prices. Great customer service. I couldn't of had a better experience!!

They were very nice and extremely helpful I’d recommend them to all as I just did and they weren’t as expensive as some other stores I’ve been too!!!!! I’d rather take the longer drive to go to their store
