I cant say enough good things about this company!! I have worked closely wit them throughout the years Every since Jesse Walker walked through my door and I had three floods that very day that I needed help with. For the last three years we have worked together do make my properties a safer and better place to live. Most recently we had a fire at one of my communities. It took out 5 units!! I called Jerrod and he contacted Josh Morrison and his crew to come to my rescue once again. They arrived quickly, they were prepared, and helped make a disastrously day. Josh and his team did an amazing job. Never above getting their hands dirty to help out a client. West Cost Fire and Water are my go to team. They should be yours as well. We hired West coast Fire and Water to assist with mold damage/removal. They removed the old carpet and wallpaper, treated the mold and sealed the subflooring. They are speedy, friendly and professional. The team communicates clearly and goes above and beyond for their customers. I trust them and their work, which also comes guaranteed. Efficient and professional is the name of the game here! We called in the morning with fear of an active leak and their turnaround time to get a technician out to our home was exceptional. Bobby was a class act from his prearrival calls, timely (same day) arrival, and efficient work to save the day. Couldn’t reccomend Bobby, Josh, and team more. Grateful for their work!

I was having the interior of my house painted and the painters discovered two rooms with prior water damage. I was advised to have a mold inspection done, so I called several companies. Roberto called me back within a few minutes and was able to come down that afternoon. Luckily, there was no mold and so the painting work was able to proceed. I so appreciated the help from Jenna at the office and the quick response by Roberto. I will definitely call them again should I have water damage or suspect mold issues.

Jeff and Josh were incredible! Rug was sopping wet after getting a really bad carpet cleaning. Carpet cleaners were not coming out anytime soon to rectify the damage. West Coast Fire and Water were extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. They knew my hardwood floor and rug were in jeopardy and got to work asap. Now everything is done and perfect!
